What I can
offer:
- Work with large and small organisations to provide counselling
support, and manage change and transition
- Outplacement counselling to offer practical and psychological
support to employees affected by organisational change and
redundancy
- Design and implementation of training programmes and workshops
in conjunction with organisations to meet specific employee
development needs
- Face to face and online counselling to help clients manage
both personal and professional issues more effectively
- Supervision of counsellors in private practice and in
organisations, as well as those using counselling
skills in conjunction with their primary role function
Experience:
I am an accredited Counsellor and Trainer (British Association of
Counselling and Psychotherapy) with more than 20 years experience. Throughout
my career in this field, I have integrated my interests in counselling,
supervision, management, education and training. I enjoy working with
individuals, and also at all levels within organisations. In addition,
I work in the University sector, teaching courses from Certificate
to Masters levels. My private practice work is mainly based in Hampshire,
but my organisational work takes place throughout the United Kingdom.
